Job Description
Our Worldwide Operations Recruiting Coordinator Fellows will work closely with a team of Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, and Recruiting Coordinators, working and learning in a fast-paced talent acquisition organization. The MSRC Fellowship goal is to provide Military Spouse Fellows the opportunity to learn the Recruiting Coordinator position, acclimate to Amazon's culture and leadership principles, and work in a matrixed organization. Additionally our MSRC Fellows will gain valuable experience in standardization, process improvement, customer service, recruiting, and project execution.

The RC Fellow is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. Our MSRC Fellows will be organizational gurus, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

RC Fellows will be responsible for:
* Leading Phone Screen Scheduling for Assigned Business Lanes
* Securing interviewers for onsite interviews
* Assisting RC Business Lane Owners with Conference Room Booking
* Escorting Onsite candidates to ensure they have a world class experience
* Organizing "Lunch and Learns" on a bi-weekly basis
* Meet with other military spouses in Operations Talent Acquisition to learn from their professional experiences

Our MSRC Fellows will conclude their 8 week fellowship with Amazon completing a process improvement project, a capstone to demonstrate all they've learned. This is an outstanding opportunity for a military spouse looking to broaden their experience in HR and Recruiting within a global, top-class organization. All MSRC Fellows will be provided with the opportunity to interview for a permanent Recruiting Coordinator position at the conclusion of the fellowship.
