Juniper Inside Service Sales team is responsible to drive timely renewals of existing maintenance support contracts and ensure sales and revenue targets are achieved. Responsibilities include quoting, entitlement/inventory analysis and securing customer purchase for expiring contracts. Inside Sales team supports external field sales reps and Service Business Managers as needed.
About the position:
This position will be responsible for analysis of certain key performance metrics within the Maintenance Service business, such as service decline metrics and root causes (lost business), subscription renewal rate and lost business analysis, registration discrepancies related to pending renewal quotes. Also involved in other data analysis and research projects identified by team. May interact with GTM Ops management, channel management, service sales, and other internal groups to identify trends in the customer base. Proactively identify inaccurate data and causes in IB and processes.
