As a Talent Acquisition Partner at DN Tanks, you will play a crucial role in our growth and success by leading the hiring strategy and execution for our Construction Operations Team across the country.

This position is divided into two primary responsibilities. The first is developing and implementing effective strategies to source and hire full-time construction employees, including superintendents, foremen, journeymen, as well as temporary local construction laborers for jobs across the country. The second is developing and implementing effective hiring strategies to source and hire project engineers and project managers to lead DN Tanks projects across the country.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the construction industry, especially in heavy-civil construction, and a track record of success scaling operations teams. Preference will be given to candidates with a fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with Regional VPs of Construction and Project Managers to understand organizational needs and develop effective strategies to achieve them.
    • Conduct market research, staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to attract and retain top talent.
    • Build and cultivate relationships with key organizations to improve DN Tanks talent brand in the construction industry.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Maintain relationships with labor agencies and unions to ensure a consistent supply of skilled laborers.
    • Ensure all hiring practices adhere to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Effectively use data to drive decision making
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for the construction industry, with a strong preference for heavy-civil construction experience.
    • Ability to cultivate relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to source, evaluate, and select qualified candidates.
    • Track record of implementing effective strategies and building processes from the ground up.
    • Deep knowledge of construction industry labor laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, Lever preferred.
