Reporting to the Manager, Blending & Terminal Operations, the Operations Manager leads and directs the workforce engaged in the blending, transferring and loading/unloading of lubricants from the Joshua, Texas facility. The Operations Manager is accountable for workforce safety, environmental compliance and the health of the workforce engaged in operations at Joshua, Texas. The role is based in Joshua, Texas at the Red Giant Oil Company LLC blending facility.
1-3 years' experience in oil & gas, such as: heavy and light oils and/or locomotive engine oil required. 3-5 years' experience in oil & gas, such as: heavy and light oils and/or locomotive engine oil preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain management or applicable field.

Office and petroleum refinery environment based with limited travel required. Subject to all weather conditions, including out of doors and varying road conditions. Occasionally exposed risk of electrical shock during the course of work. Depending on assignment, may be exposed to close confined spaces.
Job conditions require standing, walking, sitting, talking or hearing, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, making visual inspections, making precise hand and finger movements, lifting or carrying and pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs., climbing up to 100 ft., reaching or grasping; required to wear personal protective equipment as needed and a respirator in emergency situations (beards are not permitted), ability to operate and drive all assigned company vehicles at company standard insurance rates is essential, valid State driver's license and proof of insurance required and strenuous activity.
