As an ATU (account team unit) Role Strategy Lead, you will focus on the development of the strategy of one or more of our Account Team Unit roles. You will have field sales experience and understand what it takes to lead role strategy, build enablement programs and skilling plans for large sales teams. You will spend time listening to our communities, reviewing performance, identifying areas of opportunity for improvement, working with corporate stakeholders in driving role strategy, compensation, incentives and designing highly impactful programs to further drive growth and customer satisfaction. You will work with leaders/stakeholders across the organization to ensure collaboration and alignment of objectives and outcomes. The role is responsible for driving ATU roles strategy and planning, designing compensation, skilling and incentives, enablement programs and initiatives that align to account team unit goals and objectives. It is responsible for identifying enablement needs, skilling requirements and working in deep partnership with WorldWide Learning, WorldWide Incentives and Compensation, E&O, data science teams, Finance, HR and our ATU communities to develop and empower our ATU roles in the field. The role will be responsible for several communities of sales professionals and managers and will foster interactive and collaborative communities that share best practices and information. ResponsibilitiesAs a Enterprise ATU Role Strategy Lead, you will lead an organization of account teams to create and foster long-term relationships, delivering value to enterprise customers. You will be considered a leader in the following areas: Develop ATU roles strategy - In conjunction with multiple corporate and field stakeholders you will design the role strategy, skilling and compensation plans to create a diverse and inclusive sales organization that is motivated and agile. This will foster a "growth mindset" culture that empowers the team and individuals to deliver and continuously learn. Be the voice of the ATU field to Corp. - Establish and run listening mechanisms with our communities, represent the voice of the ATU field with corporate stakeholders, assess needs and develop plans to fulfill them. Trusted Advisor to ATU Role Communities - You will become a trusted advisor and spokesperson of ATU role communities, aligning with key stakeholders in the field on a regular basis. Actively participate in forums to represent the communities you support. Embody our culture and values
