Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex risk assessments, incident investigations, and process safety programs.
Develop and implement effective EHS strategies and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.
Provide expert guidance and support to senior leadership on EHS matters.
Foster a culture of safety and promote best practices throughout the organization.
Help manage EHS risks and enable the business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering (Chemical, Process), Environmental Health and Safety, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
12+ years of proven experience in managing complex risk, incidents, and process safety programs.
In-depth knowledge of relevant EHS regulations and standards.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to drive change and influence others towards a culture of safety.
Ability to help manage EHS risks appropriately while enabling the business

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $140,500 - $260,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
