Salary range: $75,920-$103,084.80

BSW Outpatient is seeking a Physical therapist in the west region for a full time PT split position. Primarily, the PT will split their time between the Aledo, Weatherford, Lake Worth, Eastchase and Fossil Creek clinics with the goal of building volume and the time spent at these clinics. As this position grows, the PT would also assist other clinics within the West region. The candidate would need to be comfortable seeing an outpatient orthopedic base of patients as well as high level neuro patients at times, but also be interested in helping grow other programs such as ReVital. Hours would be flexible between the clinics with flexing of hours possible depending on patient volume. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.

  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
Qualifications
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
