Job Description:

This position is responsible for ordering new parts, staging parts, inspecting parts, and returning parts/cores in support of the Service Department. This includes entering CAT parts orders, ordering outside items from external vendors, and tracking parts to ensure the timely arrival of all parts needed for scheduled jobs. This position will also assist the Warehouse Supervisor on special warehouse projects.

Qualifications:

This position requires a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level.

  • Must have steady employment history
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 7 AM - 5 PM.
  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Experience with building hydraulic hose assemblies preferred.
  • Experience with core exchange/return procedures.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
  • Must be capable of accurate order processing.
  • Exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to interact well with customers and fellow employees.
  • Ability to frequently reach, bend, walk, etc.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs approximately 10 times a day.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required.

  • Excellent attendance required.
