Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: Monday - Friday / 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Compensation: Starting at $29.08 / hour with flexibility based on experience. Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more.

General Purpose

The Maintenance Planner oversees the plant preventative maintenance program and the maintenance parts room.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and execute the plant Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program.aaa
  • Organize, distribute and audit all work orders to maximize plant efficiency and minimize production down time.aaa
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels in the maintenance parts room.aaa
  • Track all purchase orders to meet monthly budgets; assist Plant Maintenance Manager in the budgeting process through monthly reporting and review.aaa
  • Lead the Parts Expeditor / Clerk.aaa
  • Purchase needed parts through SAP and EBP; oversee and assist where required in the maintenance of the SAP PM database for plant.aaa
  • Arrange for disposal of hazardous chemicals.aaa
  • Coordinate annual inspections of all plant equipment.aa
  • Coordinates weekly maintenance work planning and scheduling meetingsa
Qualifications
  • Three to five years of related maintenance experience is typically requiredaa
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,aPowerPoint) requiredaa
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience requiredaa
  • Vocational or associate degrees preferredaa
  • 3 years Parts ordering / inventory management, industrial maintenance requiredaa
  • 3 years Plant/Project/Construction Work Planning and Scheduling preferredaa
  • Prefer experience withaMaximo.aa
  • CMMS experienceaStrongly preferred.a
