The Journey Towards Leadership Excellence

  • Phase 1: Foundation - In this phase, participants undergo intensive customer experience training, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of customer service and engagement. They are exposed to various specialties within the organization, honing their skills and developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services. Mentorship and feedback play a crucial role in this phase, providing participants with the guidance and support needed to excel.
  • Phase 2: Specialization - Building on the foundation laid in Phase 1, participants dive deeper into their chosen specialties, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain a holistic view of the organization. Leadership exposure is a key focus in this phase, preparing participants for future leadership roles within the company.
  • Phase 3: Leadership Development - The final phase of the program is dedicated to leadership development, focusing on honing participants' CX leadership skills, and providing exposure to various leadership roles within the organization. This phase prepares participants to take on supervisory roles and positions of greater responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college graduate
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Passion for customers and leadership
