The Traffic Engineering Project Manager will:

• Provide oversight for delivering capacity and signal warrant analyses, traffic studies, signal timing optimization, traffic modeling and transportation planning projects.
• Lead the development of scope, schedule and budget for sub tasks within large projects and standalone projects.
• Track financial aspects of your assigned projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to scope, schedule and budget.
• Interface with client and/or client-facing teams to coordinate delivery of a successful project.
• Support business development, proposals, and other marketing activities.
• Demonstrate extensive experience conducting public participation, agency coordination, transportation planning and programming.
• This position could supervise EITs and Junior planners to support ongoing team development.
• Perform other duties as needed.
