As an Executive Assistant / HR Assistant on the Human Resources team your goal is to provide administrative support for the Chief Human Resources Officer and anticipate needs related to the business function and department that are broad, varied, and confidential in nature. You'll also support the overall human resources team with other administrative duties.

You will do this by:

  • Preparing, drafting, composing and editing incoming/outgoing correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel, agendas, contact information and auxiliary materials.
  • Assisting with presentations and materials for quarterly/annual updates in support of the executive or other team members.
  • Coordinating office related invoices and expense reports and obtaining appropriate approvals per audit standards.
  • Serving as point of contact/lead for a variety of divisional activities including facilitating communication, registration, and representation.
  • Processing a variety of human resources systems transactions.
  • Developing and/or generating complex reports, documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Creating and running queries and/or reports from the HR system; accessing databases and/or other sources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field OR equivalent combination of experience and education
  • At least three years of experience in an executive assistant, senior administrative support, or human resources support role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in human resources administrative support
  • Experience in HRIS, ATS, Payroll, Timekeeping, and/or other related HR software systems

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive company information, including "insider information"
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced, flexible work environment
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comprehensive experience with Microsoft office suite of products, Google Applications, and other software associated with assigned work
  • Ability to take independent action and solve problems with limited involvement from others
  • Advanced working knowledge of department functions and processes
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
